Scope
GB/T 33947-2017 is the English-translated version of 再制造 机械加工技术规范.
GB/T 33947-2017 sets the technical specification for the machining carried out when mechanical products are remanufactured. It gives the terms and definitions, the basic requirements, the inspection after machining and the safety and environmental requirements.
The basic requirements run through the work in order: before machining, the area, extent and process method are fixed and the part is checked to be free of defects that would affect performance, with any residual repair layer outside the machining area removed; during machining, positioning and method follow the geometrical tolerances, the datum is checked and dressed, tools of sufficient strength, toughness, wear resistance and rigidity are used with the appropriate cutting parameters, and smaller feed and depth of cut with lower cutting speed and reinforced cooling are used to keep the repair layer from peeling, cracking or burning; remanufactured coatings are ground, while cladded layers are turned, milled or ground.
Each workpiece is inspected before it passes to the next operation, and handling and storage must prevent knocks, corrosion and distortion. Terms come from GB/T 4863 and GB/T 28619, and it also refers to GB/T 25375 and to the blank quality inspection method GB/T 31208.
It applies to the machining of coatings, cladding and other surface repair layers produced when mechanical products are remanufactured. Issued on 12 July 2017, it has applied since 1 February 2018.

Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of mechanical remanufacturing machinery, basic requirements, post-processing inspection, safety and environmental requirements.
This standard applies to the mechanical product remanufacturing coating, cladding and other surface repair layer of mechanical processing.
2 Normative reference documents
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all modifications) applies to this document.
GB/T 4863 Basic Terminology of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology
GB/T 25375 Test and Evaluation of Metal Cutting Machine Tool Combined with Surface Coating
GB/T 28619 Termination Terminology
GB/T 31208 Method for quality inspection of remanufactured blanks
3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4863 and GB/T 28619 apply to this document.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 Pre-processing requirements
4.1.1 Determine the processing area, scope and process method.
4.1.2 It should be determined that there are no defects that affect performance.
4.1.3 Clear the residual repair layer outside the processing area to prevent subsequent processing.
4.2 Process requirements
4.2.1 processing to consider the shape and position tolerance to determine its positioning and processing methods.
4.2.2 Check and trim the positioning datum to ensure that the geometric tolerances and dimensional tolerances meet the technical requirements. The machining shall be carried out in accordance with the technical regulations get on.
4.2.3 When machining the remanufactured repairing layer, the corresponding tool, cutting parameters or special machining methods shall be used. The tool shall be of sufficient Strength, toughness, abrasion resistance and rigidity.
4.2.4 Machining should use smaller cutting feed, cutting depth and lower cutting speed, and strengthen the cutting tool and repair layer cooling, anti Only repair layer off, cracking, burns and so on.
4.2.5 remanufacturing coating should adopt grinding; remanufacturing cladding should adopt turning, milling or grinding and other processing.
4.2.6 should be based on the characteristics of different parts of the selection of different methods.
4.2.7 The workpiece should be checked and accepted according to the process, and it can be transferred to the next process after passing the inspection.
4.2.8 processing parts in the handling, storage, should prevent bumps, corrosion, deformation and other damage.
