GB/T 33780.6-2017 is the English-translated version of 基于云计算的电子政务公共平台技术规范 第6部分:服务测试.
GB/T 33780.6-2017 is Part 6 of GB/T 33780 and gives the tests by which the service capability of a cloud computing based e-government public platform is judged.
It tests how far the platform uses its resources, taking existing, network, host and storage resources in turn, then the platform service areas, the independence and controllability of the platform including safe and controllable software and operating systems, and the secondary distribution of platform resources.
It goes on to computer room resource services and energy efficiency measured as PUE, network resource services with allocation, partition isolation and performance, computing and storage resource services, information resource services, application support services, service release, acceptance and delivery, interoperability and a check on service management.
It cites GB 50174-2008 and GB/T 34078.1-2017. Issued on 31 May 2017, it has applied since 1 December 2017.

--- Part 1. System Architecture;
--- Part 2. Function and performance;
--- Part 3. System and data interface;
--- Part 4. Operating system basic requirements;
--- Part 5. Open information sharing system architecture;
--- Part 6. Service testing.
This section GB/T 33780 Part 6.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Introduction
The development of e-government is in the process of transforming the mode of development, deepening the application and highlighting the key achievements of the transition period. Change of government function and service type The construction of government has raised newer and higher requirements for the development of e-government. Emerging information technologies, industries and applications represented by cloud computing continue to flourish Now, a profound change in e-government to develop the technical environment and conditions. Building a public cloud-based e-government platform can give full play to both The role of resources and emerging information technology potential to speed up the development of e-government innovation, improve the application of support services, enhance security Reduce duplication of waste, avoid fragmentation and information silos.
In order to assess the service capability and level of the public platform based on cloud computing, we define the utilization rate of public platform resources, Wai, infrastructure services, information resources services, software support services, service acceptance delivery, resource secondary distribution services, interoperability services Testing methods to accurately detect and assess the service capabilities of e-government public platform and continuously improve the service level of e-government public platform, especially Develop this section.
