Foreword
GB/T 33780 "cloud-based e-government platform for public technical specifications" is expected to be divided into the following six sections.
--- Part 1: System Architecture;
--- Part 2: Function and performance;
--- Part 3: System and data interface;
--- Part 4: Operating system basic requirements;
--- Part 5: Open information sharing system architecture;
--- Part 6: Service testing.
This section is Part 2 of GB/T 33780.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
The development of e-government is in the process of transforming the mode of development, deepening the application and highlighting the key achievements of the transition period. Change of government function and service type The construction of government has raised newer and higher requirements for the development of e-government. Emerging information technologies, industries and applications represented by cloud computing continue to flourish Now, a profound change in e-government to develop the technical environment and conditions. Building a public cloud-based e-government platform can give full play to both The role of resources and emerging information technology potential to speed up the development of e-government innovation, improve the application of support services, enhance security Reduce duplication, avoid fragmentation and information silos.
Focusing on the need to reduce duplication of waste and avoid creating new technical support systems for fragmented and isolated islands of information, The e-government public platform should have the infrastructure services, information resources services, software support services, service delivery, security, transport Dimensional, interoperability, reliability and other aspects of the function and performance requirements to ensure that cloud-based e-government public platform services, technology and management Ability to meet the requirements of the top design.
