GB/T 33699-2017 is the English-translated version of 太阳能资源测量 散射辐射.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the observing site requirements for the measurement of scattered radiation in solar energy measurements, the installation and maintenance of measuring instruments, the number of measurements According to the collection and measurement data processing.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Solar resources
Can be converted into heat, electricity, chemical energy for human use of solar energy. [GB/T 31163-2014, definition 2.2]
3.2 Scattered radiation diffuse radiation
Solar radiation is dispersed by air molecules, clouds and air particles into non-directional, but does not change its monochromatic composition of radiation. [GB/T 31163-2014, definition 5.14]
3.3 Direct radiation
From the surface and its surrounding a small solid angle emitted within the radiation. [GB/T 31163-2014, definition 5.11]
3.4 Height angle
In a place where the celestial bodies on the circle, the celestial bodies and the gap between the horizon. [GB/T 31163-2014, definition 3.17]
3.5 Irradiance
Objects in the unit time, the unit area to receive the radiation energy.
