Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 3362-2005 "Test method for tensile properties of carbon fiber multifilament", compared with GB/T 3362-2005 The content of the operation changes as follows.

--- Revised the limit requirements for carbon fiber multifilament from 1K ~ 12K to 1K ~ 24K (see Chapter 1, 2005 edition Chapter 1);

--- Deleted the principle chapter (see Chapter 4 of the 2005 edition);

--- Increased the requirement for the test machine to automatically record the load-displacement curve (see 4.1);

--- Increased the types of recommended fixtures (see 4.3);

--- Modified the width of the reinforcement sheet from 20mm to 10mm ~ 20mm (see 5.1.2, 6.1.2 of the 2005 version);

--- Modified the type and thickness of the sample reinforcement sheet, deleted the metal plate reinforcement sheet, and stipulated that the carbon fiber multifilament sample for 6K or less 0.2mm ~ 0.5mm thick paper or cardboard; 6K and above carbon fiber multifilament specimens use 0.3mm ~ 1.0mm thick paper Sheet or cardboard (see 5.2.4, 6.2.4 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modify the 6K and above carbon fiber multifilament sample reinforcement method [see 5.2.4, 2005 version 6.2.4 and Figure 1b)];

--- Modified the arbitration test loading rate from 2mm/min to 10mm/min (see 6.2, 2005 version 7.2);

--- Increased loading and unloading of extensometers in the test steps (see 7.5 and 7.6);

--- Increased the corresponding relationship of the range of strain value when measuring elastic modulus (see Table 1);

--- Modified the calculation formula of tensile elastic modulus (see 8.2, 9.2 of 2005 version);

--- Modified the calculation method of elongation at break (see 8.3, 9.3 of the 2005 version);

--- Added resin system that can be cured at room temperature by dipping glue (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2005 edition);

--- Delete the measurement method of carbon fiber multifilament density, directly refer to GB/T 30019 (Appendix C of the 2005 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, test specimens, test conditions, test procedures, and test results for carbon fiber multifilament tensile test methods. Calculation and test report.

This standard applies to the determination of tensile strength, tensile elastic modulus, and elongation at break after 1K ~ 24K carbon fiber multifilament dip-curing.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Instruments and equipment

4.1 Testing machine. It should meet the requirements of GB/T 1446, and can automatically record the load-displacement curve.

4.2 Extensometer. The weight of the extensometer does not affect the measurement accuracy, and its measurement accuracy should meet the requirements of GB/T 1446.

4.3 Fixture. When connected to the testing machine, ensure that the sample is centered when it is pulled; the fixture should be suitable for holding the sample of the paper reinforcement sheet, and gas should be used. Moving fixture.

4.4 Oven. The temperature meets the sample curing requirements, and the temperature control accuracy is not less than ± 2 °C.
