Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of the LZG type drum-type coupling (hereinafter referred to as "coupling") Requirements, inspection rules and signs, packaging and storage.

This standard applies to drum-type gear couplings that connect two different shaft drive shafts. Its rotation diameter of 300mm ~ 800mm, Pass the nominal torque of 125kN · m ~ 2400kN · m, no-load axis angle <= 4.5 °, the load axis angle <= 2.5 °.

3 Type classification, basic parameters and main dimensions

According to the different lubrication methods, the type of coupling is divided into.

a) dry oil lubrication coupling, the basic parameters and the main dimensions should be consistent with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1;

b) thin oil lubrication coupling, the basic parameters and the main dimensions should be consistent with the provisions of Figure 2 and Table 1.
