Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is proposed and assigned by the National Committee on Standardization of Machine Shaft and Accessories (SAC/TC109).
1 Scope
This standard specifies the type and size of the magnetic clutch (hereinafter referred to as clutch), technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules.
This standard applies to the mechanical transmission system main and driven clutch and control system to adjust the torque, adjust the speed, tension control, no load start, Overload protection, servo drive, test load, commutation and other self-cooling, air-cooled, liquid-cooled, fan cooling clutch.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 10042 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Performance terms
3.1.1 Maximum excitation voltage (Um)
The maximum excitation voltage specified in this standard.
Note: The maximum excitation voltage referred to as the maximum voltage, the unit is V, dc.
3.1.2 Maximum excitation current (Im)
At the maximum excitation voltage, the clutch coil when the average temperature of 75 °C, through the excitation coil current value.
Note: The maximum excitation current referred to as the maximum current, the unit is A, dc.
3.1.3 Maximum torque (Tm)
The torque corresponding to the maximum excitation current of the clutch.
3.1.4 No-load torque (T0)
In the static characteristics of the excitation current is zero when the corresponding torque.
