Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 33449-2016 "Basic Requirements for Logistics Documents" and GB/T 33458-2016 "Main Requirements for Road Logistics Documents". This document, "Requirements for Standard Elements," is based on GB/T 33449-2016 and incorporates content from GB/T 33458-2016.It is consistent with GB/T 33449- Compared to.2016, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
---Added requirements regarding the standard's inapplicability to international logistics operations (see Chapter 1);
---The "Compilation Principles" section has been removed (see Chapter 4 of the.2016 edition);
---Added requirements regarding the preparation of logistics documents to meet the needs of logistics information transmission (see 4.1);
---The consistency requirements for document name, cargo description, unit of measurement, and transport marks are combined into a single statement for common elements across different logistics documents. The requirement for harmonization and consistency (see 4.2, 5.1-
5.4 of the.2016 edition);
---Added requirements for element selection when preparing logistics documents (see 4.4);
---Additionally, the compilation of warehouse receipts, electronic road transport documents, container multimodal transport waybills, and electronic air freight waybills should also conform to specific regulations. The requirements of the corresponding standard are (see 4.5);
---In the header information, a new element "Document Number" has been added, along with an explanation of the "Delivery Certificate Number" element (see Table 1);

1 Scope
GB/T 33449-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the paperwork that moves with the goods - the waybill, the delivery note, the handover record and the damage report, the data each must carry, and the electronic form that has to be equivalent to the paper one. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 31 October 2025, replacing GB/T 33449-2016.
This document specifies the requirements for preparing logistics documents, document elements, and requirements for filling out and using them. This document applies to the preparation and use of documents in logistics activities. This document does not apply to international logistics operations.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Logistics documents The collective term for documents, invoices, and vouchers used in logistics activities. [Source: GB/T 22263.1-2008, 3.11, with modifications]
4 Compilation Requirements
4.1 Logistics documents should meet the needs of logistics information transmission during the logistics service process.
4.2 The content and signatures of logistics documents should be complete; the same elements between different logistics documents should be consistent.
4.3 The terminology used in logistics documents shall be consistent with GB/T 18354.
4.4 The applicable elements should be determined in Chapter 5 according to the needs of logistics operations. Logistics documents should include all mandatory elements applicable to these elements. Optional elements can be selected as needed.
4.5 In addition to complying with the requirements stipulated in this document, the preparation of warehouse receipts shall also comply with the requirements of GB/T 30332, and the preparation of electronic documents for road transport shall also comply with the requirements of GB/T 30332. The system should also comply with the requirements of JT/T 919.2, and the preparation of container multimodal transport waybills should also comply with the requirements of GB/T 44430.Air freight electronic...
