Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 32842-2016 "Urban Public Bicycle Transport Service Specifications". Compared with GB/T 32842-2016, except In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The term and definition of "urban public bicycle transportation service" is deleted (see 3.2 of the 2016 version);

b) Changed the definition of "locking device" (see 3.3, 3.4 of the 2016 version);

c) Added the terms and definitions of "fixed lock, electronic parking area, limit device, electronic smart lock" (see 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7);

d) Changed the requirements for service personnel (see 4.2, 4.3 of the 2016 version);

e) Added categories of service sites (see 5.1);

f) The configuration requirements for facilities and equipment at service sites have been changed (see 6.1.2, 6.1.3, 6.1.1.2, 6.1.1.4 of the 2016 version);

g) Added the content of parking space settings for faulty vehicles (see 6.1.4);

h) Added requirements for electronic parking areas at service stations (see 6.1.7);

i) Added requirements for limiting devices (see 6.2.2);

j) Added requirements for electronic smart locks (see 6.2.3);

k) Added electronic media marking requirements for online car rentals on public bicycles (see 6.3.4);

l) Added requirements for car rental software systems (see 6.5.2);

m) Added requirements for online car rental activation (see 7.1.2);

n) Added requirements for customer deposit management (see 7.1.3);

o) Changed the requirements for car rental and return services (see 7.2, 2016 version of 7.2);

p) Changed the requirements for public information services (see 7.4, 2016 version of 7.4);

q) Changes to the transportation requirements for public bicycles (see 7.5, 2016 version of 7.5);

r) The content of inspection and maintenance of public bicycles has been changed (see 7.6.1, Appendix A, Appendix B, 2016 version of 7.6.1, Appendix A, Appendix B);

s) Changed the content of service site inspection and maintenance (see 7.6.2, Appendix C, 2016 version of 7.6.2, Appendix C);

t) Added reference requirements for "sanitation and epidemic prevention control" (see 8.2 and Appendix D);

u) The service evaluation indicators and calculation methods have been changed (see 9.1 and Appendix E, 9.1 and Appendix E of the 2016 version).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the operating agencies and personnel, service site layout and settings, facilities and equipment, and operations of urban public bicycle transportation services.

Services, safety measures and emergency handling, service evaluation and improvement requirements.

This document applies to urban public bicycle transportation services.
