GB/T 32346.1-2015 is the Chinese standard "Long AC submarine cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation and their accessories for rated voltage of 220 kV(Um=252 kV)—Part 1: Test methods and requirements".

Note. in line with the provisions of this Part of this section and press the test methods and requirements for inspection of long length submarine cables and accessories can be covered with respect to the scope of accreditation 3.7 large length defines the length of the shorter submarine cable.
This section applies to installation on the seabed of 220kV single core and three-core XLPE submarine cables and optical fiber composite XLPE Insulated submarine cables; also applies to factory fittings (flexible joints), joint repair, submarine cables and overland cables between the transition and other joints and terminations seabed Cable accessories.
This section does not apply to special applications such as offshore floating platform dynamic cable tests. This dynamic cable by another mechanical Stress, and therefore is not included within the scope of this section.
