GB/T 32105-2025 is the English-translated version of 聚酯浸胶帘子布技术条件和评价方法.
GB/T 32105-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the polyester cord fabric dipped for tyres and hoses — the high modulus low shrinkage types and the linear densities from 1100 to 2200 dtex, the breaking strength and its coefficient of variation, the elongation at fixed load and the thermal shrinkage that decide how the cord behaves once the tyre is hot, the adhesion to rubber by peel and H pull, and the belt and disc fatigue. It replaces GB/T 32105-2015, under the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. In force from 1 November 2025. Issued on 25 April 2025, it has been in force since 1 November 2025, replacing GB/T 32105-2015.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 32105-2015 "Technical conditions and evaluation methods for dipped polyester cord fabrics" and is consistent with GB/T 32105-2015.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added some product models, varieties and common organization specifications of polyester dipped cord fabrics (see Chapter 4);
b) Added physical performance assessment indicators for new models, and added fixed load elongation assessment of 88.2N, 100N and 133N Indicators. belt fatigue and disc fatigue assessment indicators have been added (see 5.1.1);
c) Added the weft yarn density assessment index (see 5.1.2);
d) The coil length tolerance in the appearance quality has been changed (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2015 edition);
e) The test environment has been changed (see 6.1, 6.1 of the 2015 edition);
f) The sample preparation has been changed (see 6.2.1 and 6.2.2, 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 of the 2015 edition);
g) Changed the breaking strength and coefficient of variation, breaking elongation and coefficient of variation, constant load elongation, adhesive peel strength, rubber coverage Test methods for rate, cord diameter, twist and stiffness (see 6.3.1, 6.3.5, 6.3.7, 6.3.8 and 6.3.9, 2015 edition) 6.3.1, 6.3.5, 6.3.7, 6.3.8 and 6.3.9);
h) The bonding strength test conditions have been changed (see 6.3.4, 6.3.4 of the 2015 edition);
i) The reciprocating flexural fatigue test conditions have been changed (see 6.3.11, 6.3.11 of the 2015 edition);
j) Added the evaluation methods for belt bending fatigue and disc bending fatigue (see 6.3.12 and 6.3.13);
k) Added the evaluation method of weft yarn density (see 6.4.2);
l) Deleted the evaluation methods of breaking strength and coefficient of variation, breaking elongation and coefficient of variation, and fixed load elongation of dipped polyester cord fabric Method, Evaluation method for adhesive peel strength and rubber coverage of dipped polyester cord fabric, Evaluation of cord diameter of dipped polyester cord fabric Method, Evaluation method for the twist of dipped polyester cord fabric, Evaluation method for the stiffness of dipped polyester cord fabric (see 2015 edition

1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, technical conditions, evaluation rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of polyester dipped cord fabric.
The corresponding evaluation method was proposed.
This document is applicable to the technical evaluation, quality identification and acceptance of polyester dipped cord fabrics for tires, hoses and other rubber products.

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 32110 apply to this document.
4 Product Categories
Polyester dipped cord fabric is divided into high modulus low shrinkage type (HMLS), high strength high modulus low shrinkage type (HT- HMLS) and high dimensional stability high modulus low shrinkage type (HDS-HMLS). According to the linear density and number of strands of its warp, it can be divided into 1100dtex/2, 1440dtex/2, 1670dtex/2, 2200dtex/2, 1440dtex/3, 1670dtex/3 and 2200dtex/3.
Each type of polyester dipped cord fabric can be divided into various specifications according to the different warp density. The commonly used organization specifications are shown in Table 1.
