3 Terms and definitions
3.4 Static distinguishing distance
It refers to, in the sunny day when the ambient illuminance is more than 50000 lx AND the sunlight directly irradiates on the front surface of the sign, the maximum distance at which the observer (normal person, corrected visual acuity 1.0 or more) can correctly distinguish the sign information within the specified viewing angle.
3.5 Dynamic distinguishing distance
It refers to, in the sunny day when the ambient illuminance is more than 50000 lx, the sunlight directly irradiates on the front surface of the sign, AND the driving speed is 120 km/h, the maximum distance at which the observer (normal person, corrected visual acuity 1.0 or more) can correctly distinguish the sign information within the specified viewing angle.
3.6 Standard test conditions for solar cell
The standard test conditions for solar cells are. ambient temperature (25 ± 2) °C; the irradiance of light source as measured using the standard solar cell is 1000 W/m²; AND it has standard solar spectral irradiance distribution.
3.7 Full charge
It refers to a state of battery charging under which, even though the charging is conducted at the selected conditions, all the available active substances will not significantly increase the capacity.
3.8 Full capacity work time
Tcf25, Tcf0 It refers to the continuous and effective work time of the solar powered light-emitting traffic signs which can be guaranteed by the fully charged battery pack under the conditions that the charging circuit is disconnected. The subscript number of Tcf25 and Tcf0 refers to the work environment temperature.
5 Technical requirements
