1 Scope
This part of GB/T 31052 specifies the basic requirements for inspection and maintenance of railway cranes during use.
This part applies to the railway cranes (hereinafter referred to as "cranes") specified in Appendix A of GB/T 31052.1-2014.

4 General requirements
The general requirements for inspection and maintenance shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 4 of IEC 61850-7.
