Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 30463-2013 "CNC Plate Rolling Machines". The main technical changes compared to GB/T 30463-2013 are as follows: as follows:

a) The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition);

b) The parameters of the CNC plate rolling machine were changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2013 edition);

c) Added requirements for the remaining straight section after pre-bending (see 5.2.5);

d) The maximum thickness requirement for pre-bent plates has been increased (see 5.2.6);

e) The deflection requirements have been changed (see 5.2.8,

5.4 in the.2013 version);

f) The requirements for the work roll material have been changed (see 5.5.3,

5.6.3 in the.2013 edition);

g) The requirements for CNC systems have been changed (see 5.7,

5.8 in the.2013 edition);

h) The requirements for sheet metal feeding accuracy and work roll displacement positioning accuracy have been removed (see Table 3 in the.2013 edition);

i) Increased requirements for working accuracy (see Chapter 6);

1 Scope

GB/T 30463-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the CNC plate roll - the capacity in thickness and width, the roll positioning accuracy that decides the roundness of the shell it forms, the pre-bending of the plate ends, and the geometric and performance acceptance tests. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 30463-2013.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36484 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 A plate rolling machine that controls the rotational and linear displacement of the working rollers using a CNC system.
