3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Chiller range aircoolerrange
In the horizontal direction, the cooler air velocity decay to 0.5m/s, the outlet from the cooling fan horizontal distance (unit. m).

4.1 wind speed measuring instruments
When measuring wind speed, we should adopt one or more of the following instruments.
Thermoelectric anemometer a) can be used to measure the low temperature, the range of 0.05m/s ~ 30m/s. Measurement error ± (reading 5% ± 0.05m/s);
b) Pitot tube;
c) other instruments and sensors for measuring wind speed low-temperature measurements, the measurement error should not exceed ± 10%.

5 measurement method
5.1 General
Wind speed measurement shall be in accordance with GB/T 30103.1 "cold thermal performance test methods - Part 1. Temperature and humidity detection" in temperature
