Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 2994-2008 "High Alumina Refractory Mud", compared with GB/T 2994-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Modify the three grades of LN-55, LN-65, and LN-75 to LN-50, LN-60, and LN-70 (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition);

b) Modify the two grades of LN-65P and LN-75P to one grade of LN-70P (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, 2008 edition Chapters 3 and 4);

c) Added GN-70P grades and corresponding technical indicators (see Table 1);

d) Modify the GN-85P grade to GN-80P (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2008 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, package Installation, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate.

This document is applicable to refractory mortar with alumina content greater than or equal to 50% for masonry of high-alumina refractory bricks and corundum bricks.
