3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Compressed air system, process energy
Refers to the air compression system statistics during each compression 1m3 nominal displacement, pressure increases power consumption 1.0MPa.
NOTE. The compressed air system to process energy statistics based on the statistical period should be one year.
4 Basic requirements
4.1
equipped with air compressors and motors should not be out of product.
4.2
air compressor motor, exhaust pipe should be a reasonable match, operating normally; air compressor and the exhaust pipe should be no leakage.
4.3
compressed air system with energy measuring instruments installed shall request the Executive GB 17167, and according to relevant regulations for examination or calibration.
4.4
compressed air system controls and instrumentation should be intact, and the relevant provisions of the instrument should be verification or calibration.
4.5
compressed air system operation shall be complete and accurate; technology files complete.
