---Part 1. Design;
---Part 2. Construction;
---Part 3. Offshore installation, commissioning and acceptance.
This document replaces GB/T 29549.1-2013 "Offshore oil fixed platform module drilling rig Part 1: Design" and is consistent with GB/T 29549.1- Compared with 2013, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The winch rated power in Table 1 has been changed (see 5.2, 4.2 of the 2013 edition);
b) Changed the description of module layout (see 6.2, 5.2 of the 2013 version);
c) Changed the list of typical materials submitted by each major (see 7.1.14, 6.1.11 of the 2013 version);
d) Changed the letter code description of formula (4) and changed Figure 1 (see 7.2.2, 6.2.2 of the 2013 version);
e) Changed some errors in formula (6) (see 7.3.2.1.1, 6.3.2.1.1 of the 2013 version);
f) Changed the calculation method of drilling fluid tank volume (see 7.3.2.2, 6.3.2.2 of the 2013 edition);
g) Changed the load rate of drilling rig equipment under various working conditions in Table 4 (see 7.3.2.3, 6.3.2.3 of the 2013 edition);
h) The specific layout requirements of P-Tank have been changed (see 7.4.1, 6.4.1.1 of the 2013 version);
i) Added technical requirements for flatbed truck shipping (see 7.6.5.3.2);
j) The maximum stress ratio of important components has been changed (see 7.6.7.1, 6.6.8.1 of the 2013 version).
Introduction
GB/T 29549 aims to determine the generally applicable basis for the design, construction, offshore installation, commissioning and acceptance of offshore fixed platform module drilling rigs. this requirement. It is planned to consist of three parts.
---Part 1. Design. The purpose is to establish the basic requirements and parameters of modular drilling rig design, module division and layout, and module design.
As well as the requirements for the interface between the module drilling rig and the platform where it is located.
---Part 2. Construction. The purpose is to establish the requirements for modular drilling rig structure, pipelines, outfitting manufacturing and equipment installation and commissioning.
---Part 3. Offshore installation, commissioning and acceptance. The purpose is to establish the system for offshore hoisting of modular drilling rigs and installation of offshore equipment. Requirements for connection, system commissioning and acceptance.
GB/T 29549.1 was first released in 2013. This revision mainly combines the actual application of this document in recent years and changes some clauses.
Modifications and improvements have been made, and the following principles have been adhered to during the revision process.
a) In accordance with the existing laws and regulations of the country, combined with the current status of relevant international and domestic national standards and enterprise standards, ensure the safety and safety of drilling rig operations. Efficient and environmentally friendly.
b) The preparation focuses on the current status of domestic modular drilling rigs to ensure that the modular drilling rigs designed in accordance with this document operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
It is reliable and can also be adapted to the overall processing and construction level of the domestic offshore oil industry.
c) This document combines my country's years of experience in offshore oil fixed platform module drilling rig design, and is based on a methodological standard to strictly Specification requirements, and highlights the characteristics of modular drilling rigs on offshore oil fixed platforms that are easy to transport, install and use. This time repair The order mainly combines the specific construction experience in recent years such as flatbed truck loading and drilling fluid tank volume requirements, and supplements the original practice and perfection.
