Scope
GB/T 29263-2012 is the English-translated version of 信息技术 面向服务的体系结构（SOA）应用的总体技术要求.
GB/T 29263-2012 lays down general technical requirements for the application built on a service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Clause 1 states that the standard provides a conceptual model of the SOA application, a technical reference model and the basic technical requirements, that it applies to the design, development, operation and maintenance of SOA applications, and that it is the basis for enacting specific technology standards, quality assessment standards and engineering standards for SOA applications.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 29262 and clause 3 makes the terms and definitions of that standard applicable without adding any of its own.
Clause 4 defines the conceptual model of the SOA application, shown in Figure 1, and names its eight components: the IT infrastructure, SOA resources, SOA support technologies and services, industry services and public services, the industry or field of application, quality, security and governance.
Clause 4 also states that the components drawn with solid lines are the core of the conceptual model and the content this standard needs to deal with, while the two drawn with dashed lines, the IT infrastructure and the industry or field of application, are an integral part of SOA applications but are not regulated by this standard; the implementation of that model is referred to clause 5.
The foreword notes that part of the content may involve patents and that the issuing body takes no responsibility for identifying them, and states that the standard is administered by the national information technology standardization technical committee (SAC/TC28) and that the drafting bodies include the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the Changfeng Open Standards Platform Software Alliance and Peking University. It was issued on 2012-12-31 and has applied since 2013-06-01.

1 Scope
The standard provides a conceptual model of SOA applications, technical reference model and the basic technical requirements.
This standard applies to SOA application design, development, operation and maintenance. This standard is to enact specific SOA application technology standard Standards, quality assessment standards and engineering standards basis.
