1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles and levels of precipitation division.
This standard applies to areas such as precipitation monitoring, forecasting, early warning, service and research, as well as other industries related to precipitation.
2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Precipitation
During a period of time, from the sky to the ground on the liquid (rainfall) or solid (snow) (after melting) precipitation, without evaporation, infiltration, flow

3 Principles of precipitation division
Precipitation by 24h, 12h two time division.
4 Classification of rainfall levels
Rainfall is divided into micro rainfall (sporadic rain), light rain, heavy rain, heavy rain, heavy rain, heavy rain, heavy rain a total of seven levels. See the specific division
