Scope
GB/T 42111-2022 is the English-translated version of 低影响开发雨水控制利用 设施运行与维护规范.
GB/T 42111-2022 is the Chinese national standard for operating and maintaining the stormwater control and utilisation facilities of low-impact development.
After general requirements it takes the facilities family by family - infiltration facilities, collection and reuse facilities, regulation and storage facilities, sewage interception and purification facilities and conveyance facilities - and then covers risk management and safeguard measures and the archives and information management that go with them.
Clause 3 draws its terms from GB/T 39599 and defines operation and maintenance as the daily and periodic inspection, maintenance and overhaul carried out after a facility has been built and accepted, so that it reaches or keeps its designed function.
Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 28592 on precipitation grades and CJJ/T 311 on modular rainwater storage facilities. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since the same day.
