1 Scope

This standard specifies the Coal mine fire communications cable (hereinafter referred to as cable) classification, structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Logo, packaging and storage.

This standard applies to coal mine communication cable, is also applicable to other mine communications cable with flame retardant requirements.
