Foreword

GB/T 28177 "flexible thin card identification card" is divided into three parts.

--- Part 1. Physical characteristics;

--- Part 2. magnetic recording technology;

--- Part 3. Test methods.

This is Part 3 GB/T 28177 in.

Rules in this section in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.

This section uses redrafted law revision using ISO/IEC 15457-3:2008 "identification card thin flexible cards - Part 3. Test methods." this part of ISO/IEC 15457-3. compared to 2008, there is a small number of technical differences.

a) a reference to the international standard ISO 4287-1 original has been replaced by ISO 4287, this part with GB/T 3505-2009 (ISO 4287.

1997, IDT) to be replaced;

b) the international standard reference ISO 5-2:1991, this part with GB/T 11500-2008 (ISO 5-2:2001, IDT) be instead;

c) the original international standard for testing the degree of sizing is based on French standards, using GB/T 460-2008 be replaced;

d) Since the original international standards - Part 3 refers to the terms of his 2001 version of Part 1, Part 1 of this standard and amendments adopted the original 2008 version of the international standard, Part 1 Revised Terms To be consistent with the unified national standards, the references in this section 4.4.1 Set at 6.2.4; Part 1 clause 4.5.1 references revised to 6.3;

Introduction

Thin flexible card (TFC) is usually used to obtain goods or services in the field of automatic control, such as public transportation, charging system, parking, vouchers, Gift and so on.

In these applications, the use of magnetic stripe, optical character recognition (OCR), bar codes and other technologies to read and write data recorded by the device.

Acceptance criteria in this section is based on GB/T 28177.1-2011 and GB/T 28177.2-2011.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 28177 specifies the test methods and procedures flexible thin card.

Many testing methods of physical properties of the base material provided in this section applies to material extracted from a continuous sheet or a large sample of the sample;

Unless otherwise explicitly stated otherwise, all given test methods are applicable to the finished card.

Test methods specified in this section is performed on independent samples unless there is a clear description of any single card simply by means of a Testing procedures.
