Foreword

This document replaces GB/T 28059.3-2011 "Technical Specifications for Interconnection of Highway Network Image Information Management System Platforms - Part 3: Interface" "Interface and Communication Control Protocol", compared with GB/T 28059.3-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the relevant content of "abbreviations" (see 3.2, 2011 version of 3.2);

b) Delete the terms and definitions of "Device Description and Control Protocol" (see 3.1.2 of the 2011 version);

c) Added the provisions of "registration message definition" (see 4.1.2.1.2.2);

d) Changed the provisions of "directory sending" (see 4.1.2.1.2.3, 5.1.2.2 of the 2011 version);

e) Added the provisions of "Directory Send Message Definition" (see 4.1.2.1.2.4);

f) Added the provisions of "Heartbeat information delivery message definition" (see 4.1.2.1.2.6);

k) Changed the relevant content of "Acquisition of historical images" (see 4.1.2.2.4, 5.2.2 of the 2011 version);

l) The relevant provisions of "control" have been changed (see 4.1.2.3, 5.3 of the 2011 version);

m) Added the provisions of "control message definition" (see 4.1.2.4);

n) Changed the provisions of "Directory Information Query" in "Query" (see 4.1.2.5.2, 5.4.2 of the 2011 version);

1 Scope

This document specifies the interconnection and access methods, transmission and control security requirements and test methods of the highway network image management system.
