Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 28059.1-2011 "Technical Specifications for Interconnection of Highway Network Image Information Management System Platforms Part 1: General "Principles", compared with GB/T 28059.1-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the definitions of the terms "road network", "road network image information management system", "platform access unit" and "monitoring resources" (see 3.1.1~3.1.4, 2011 version 3.1.1, 3.1.5, 3.1.7, 3.1.8);

b) The terms "national highway network", "road transportation lines", "road transportation hubs" and "management platform" are deleted (see the 2011 version of 3.1.2~3.1.4, 3.1.6);

c) Changed the content of the overview of the cross-regional interconnection architecture of the highway network image information management system (see 4.1, 4.1 of the 2011 version);

d) Changed the relevant requirements for the components of the highway network image information management system and its component transmission network and management platform (see 4.2.1, 4.2.3, 4.2.4, 2011 version of 4.2.1, 4.2.3, 4.2.4);

e) Changed the relevant requirements for network structure, platform access unit, and networking protocol in the networking structure (see 4.3.1~4.3.3, 2011 edition 4.3.1~4.3.3);

f) The functional requirements of the management platform have been changed (see 5.2.1~5.2.3, 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 of the 2011 version);

g) Changed the "Main Technical Index Requirements" to "Performance Requirements" and included the transmission network performance, network adaptability, and equipment address coding.

1 Scope
