4 Raw materials
4.1
laminating film should be consistent with GB 27934.1-2011 4.1 in Table 1 and Table 3 provisions.
Paper print 4.2 GB 27934.1-2011 shall comply with the provisions in 4.3.
5 process requirements
5.1 Film preparation
Film before laminating film and paper print film in an environment to be placed at least 4h, so that the on-site environment to adapt and then be covered

5.2 coating temperature
5.2.1
according to the speed of film and paper print materials, setting quantitative coating temperature should be controlled at 95 °C ~ 120 °C.
5.2.2
The same batch of product coating temperature should be stable.
5.3 Film speed
5.3.1
based on covered equipment and paper print materials, quantitative set film speed should be controlled at 15m/min ~ 80m/min.
