1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles of urban vectors integrated management, organization and management structure and tasks, management procedures and techniques.
This standard applies to the comprehensive management of urban vectors.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Vectors vector
Vectors
By biological or mechanical source of infection from the pathogen transmission to humans or the environment creatures. Including arthropods in
Mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, fleas, ticks, mites, lice, biting midges, gnats, etc., and rodent rodents.
3.2 Integrated management of vector
Biological vector according to biological and ecological characteristics, application of proven scientific methods and appropriate ecosystem management practices
Technology, with appropriate policies and regulations as well as the necessary human and financial resources, the establishment of mechanisms for coordination and cooperation between the various departments and levels,
Mobilize the masses to participate in, the vector control in less damage levels.
3.3 Resistance
Vectors by screening or genetic mutations characteristics, ability to obtain after a lethal dose of insecticide-treated original still survive.
3.4 Mosquito facilities
Prevent mosquitoes into the environment or people living activities, and to prevent mosquitoes breeding and prevent people being bitten, harassment means.
3.5 Rodent facilities

3.6 Facilities flies
Flies can be a barrier to enter into contact with food or indoor facilities, such as the screen door, window screens, air curtain, curtain, mantles, etc.
