Scope

GB/T 27606-2020 is the English-translated version of GNSS接收机数据自主交换格式.

The subject of GB/T 27606-2020, a Chinese national standard, is the receiver-independent exchange format used to pass GNSS data between receivers of different makes.

It fixes the file types, the file structure, the file naming and the data record formats, and is written for BDS, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, IRNSS and SBAS data.

Three kinds of file are specified in detail, the observation file, the navigation file and the meteorological file, each with its header records and its data section, alongside satellite system identifiers, time system identifiers and scale factors.

Terms defined include pseudorange, carrier phase observation, Doppler observation, observation time, BeiDou Time and differential code bias. One appendix gives sample files and another a leap-second correction for multi-system pseudorange observations.

It replaces GB/T 27606-2011, was issued on 14 December 2020 and has applied since 1 April 2021.

Introduction

With the development of satellite navigation technology, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) service performance continues to improve, and the application of GNSS compatible receivers The scope of application is getting wider and wider. In order to realize the independent exchange and joint processing of data between different receivers, the international GNSS service (Interna-tionalGNSSService, IGS) organization, International Maritime Organization (RTCM-SC104) professional committee and International Geodesy Association (Inter-nationalAssociationofGeodesy, IAG) jointly formulated the Receiver Data Autonomous Exchange Format (the Receiver INdependentEXchangeformat, RINEX)" document, the data exchange format specified by the document is universal and flexible. Points, so it has been widely used.

Since 2011, in addition to GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, SBAS and other five types of systems, The two systems QZSS and IRNSS have been put into operation, and the navigation signals, service methods, and regulatory documents of each GNSS system are not available.

Continuous improvement and perfection, the internationally accepted standard format "ReceiverIndependentExchangeFormat" referred to in the standard technical content (RINEX) has also been updated several times, and the latest public release version is V 3.04 in November 2018. According to my country's Beidou Satellite The latest situation of the construction and development of the navigation system, and the latest technological update requirements for the development and use of the receiver, it is necessary to amend GB/T 27606-2011. GNSS receiver data autonomous exchange format

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, structure, name, and data record format of GNSS receiver data autonomous exchange files.

This standard is applicable to the exchange and data exchange of receivers such as BDS, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, IRNSS and SBAS. Unified processing.

GB/T 19391-2003 Global Positioning System (GPS) Terms and Definitions

3 Terms and definitions, abbreviations

3.1 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19391-2003 apply to this document.

3.1.1 Pseudorange

The receiver measures the time difference between the local time (frame signal) and the transmission time (frame signal) of the satellite under test (including the difference between the two The geometric distance term and clock difference term, other time deviation terms, etc:), and the distance observation obtained by the product of the speed of light in vacuum.

3.1.2 Doppler observation

The signal transmitted by the satellite is an observation of the frequency change of the received signal due to the relative motion between the satellite and the receiver.

3.1.3 Observation time

The receiver receives the signal transmitted by the satellite and can observe the moment of pseudorange and satellite carrier phase.

3.1.4 BeiDou time

The time base established and maintained by BDS uses the international system of seconds (long), and the starting epoch is UTC, January 1, 2006 (Sunday) 00.00.00.

Note: BDT establishes contact with international UTC through UTC (NTSC), and the deviation from international UTC is kept within 50ns (modulo 1s).

3.1.5 Carrier phase observation

The cumulative phase of the GNSS signal carrier measured after the GNSS receiver locks the carrier signal.

3.1.6 Differential code bias

The time (offset) difference between different pseudocode observations at the same time and different frequencies or on the same frequency due to equipment delay.
