This document is in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting is scheduled. This document is Part 2 of GB/T 30290 "BeiDou Satellite Positioning Vehicle Information Service System". GB/T 30290 has been published. The following section.

2.Vehicle Terminal and Service Center" Compared with GB/T 30290.2-2013, the main technical changes in the "Information Exchange Protocol" are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.

a) Added the terms "message," "business ID," "terminal ID," "business data," "big-endian mode," and "inflection point compensation" and their definitions (see 3.1). 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6);

b) The terms "central center," "branch center," "location information type," "real-time location status," "real-time location refresh parameters," and "real-time positioning" have been removed. "Location validity period", "Real-time location time", "Number of real-time location records", "Real-time location cycle", "Real-time location distance" and "Real-time location duration" "Gap" and its definition (see sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and

3.11 in the.2013 edition);

c) Added symbol descriptions such as GM and UM (see 4.1), and added CAN, CoAP, IP, MQTT, TCP, TTS, UDP, etc. Abbreviations such as VIN, VISC, VISSN, and VT (see 4.2);

d) The term "System Reference Model" was changed to "Reference Model," and the corresponding content was modified (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2013 edition);
