Scope
GB/T 27422-2019 is the English-translated version of 合格评定 业务连续性管理体系审核和认证机构要求.
GB/T 27422-2019 states what a body has to satisfy to audit and certify business continuity management systems. It follows the structure of GB/T 27021.1-2017 and is used together with it, adding the principles a BCMS certification body observes and the requirements on its competence, impartiality and reliability.
The clauses cover general requirements, structure, resources, information and process requirements and the management requirements of the certification body, from legal and contractual matters, auditor competence and outsourcing to public information, certification documents, confidentiality, audit planning, certification decisions, appeals and complaints.
Three informative appendices deal with the knowledge needed for BCMS audit and certification, the analysis of BCMS competence requirements and how audit time is determined.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
GB/T 27021.1-2017 "Requirements for Conformity Assessment Management System Audit and Certification Body Part 1: Requirements" Management system implementation audits and certifications establish guidelines. 1 Scope
This standard specifies a business continuity management system based on GB/T 27021.1-2017 and GB/T 30146-2013.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 27000-2006, GB/T 27021.1-2017, GB/T 30146 and the following terms and definitions apply to this file.
3.1 Certification document
A document that indicates that the client's BCMS complies with the required BCMS standards and any supplementary documents required by the BCMS.
4 Principles
Should meet the requirements of Chapter 4 of GB/T 27021.1-2017.
5 General requirements
5.1 Legal and contract matters
Should meet the requirements of 5.1 of GB/T 27021.1-2017.
5.2 Management of impartiality
