Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26945-2011 "Container Empty Container Handlers". Compared with GB/T 26945-2011, except for structural adjustments and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);

b) Added the type of empty container stacker (see Chapter 4);

c) Environmental working conditions have been changed (see 5.1, 3.1.3~3.1.5 of the 2011 edition);

d) Changed the manufacturing requirements for main structural dimensions (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2011 edition);

e) Changed the stability requirements (see 5.2.3, 3.1.6 of the 2011 version);

f) The size requirements for spreaders have been changed (see 5.2.5, 3.1.9 of the 2011 edition);

g) The requirements for electrical control systems, signals and lighting devices have been changed (see 5.2.7, 5.2.8, 3.1.11 of the 2011 edition);

h) The requirements for paint film adhesion have been changed (see 5.2.10, 3.1.12 of the 2011 edition);

i) Changed the requirements for hydraulic oil cleanliness (see 5.2.11, 3.1.13 of the 2011 edition);

j) Changed the industrial test requirements (see 5.4.4, 3.3.3 of the 2011 edition);

k) Added relevant requirements for thermal balance test of electric empty container handlers and extended-range hybrid empty container handlers (see 5.4.6);

l) Changed safety requirements (see 5.5.1, 3.4.1 of the 2011 version);

m) Added requirements for personnel protection against electric shock (see 5.5.2);

n) Added startup requirements for electric empty container handlers and extended-range hybrid empty container handlers (see 5.5.5);

o) Added operating requirements for electric empty container handlers and extended-range hybrid empty container handlers (see 5.5.6);

p) Added requirements for noise levels at the operator's position of electric container empty container forklifts (see 5.5.9);

q) Added the requirements for the lowering speed of the spreader (see 5.5.24);

r) Added requirements for the locking mechanism of the rechargeable energy storage system (REESS) (see 5.5.25);

1 Scope

This document specifies the type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and Storage.

This document applies to the manufacture of empty container handlers, including internal combustion empty container handlers, electric container empty container handlers and Extended range hybrid empty container handler. The manufacturing of other types of empty container lifters shall be carried out with reference.
