1 Scope
This standard presents the basic technical terms widely used in pressure vessels.
This standard applies to all aspects of the construction, installation, alteration and use of pressure vessels and the like.
2 Terms and Definitions
2.1 General terms
2.1.1 Pressure
Vertical acting on the body force per unit area, namely physics pressure.
Note 1. My legal units of measurement and the International System of Units (SI) unit of pressure is Pa [ska], 1 Pa = 1 newton per square meter, namely. 1Pa = 1N/m2.
Note 2. Depending on the measurement reference, you can use absolute pressure (absolutepressure) and gauge pressure (gaugepressure) represented. Absolute pressure is absolutely
Vacuum at zero pressure as the benchmark measurement of pressure, the pressure in the unit a representation letters. Table pressure is ambient atmospheric pressure as the benchmark measurement
Pressure, that the internal pressure of the container and the ambient atmospheric pressure difference, the pressure in the unit represented by the letter g. In a pressure vessel construction and use , As not otherwise specified, talk about pressure refers to gauge pressure.
2.1.2 Ambient atmospheric pressure
Pressure vessel location atmospheric pressure.
NOTE. during the construction of pressure vessels, as no special requirements, generally the ambient atmospheric pressure is 0.1MPa (a).
2.1.3 The degree of vacuum
Indicates the degree of vacuum of the rarefied gas, that is, the absolute value of negative gauge pressure.
Note 1. The pressure vessel during construction, use of the unit Pa.
Note 2. When the gauge pressure is negative, indicating that the container is a vacuum state. When the full vacuum (fulvacuum) Table pressure -0.1MPa (g).
2.1.4 Temperature
It represents a measure of the degree of cold objects.
NOTE. The thermodynamic temperature (thermodynamictemperature) in our legal units of measurement and the International System of Units, the symbol T said that the unit is
K. There are common Celsius temperature t (°C) and Fahrenheit temperature t (°F). During numerical relationship as follows.
t (°C) = T (K) -273.15 t (°F) = 1.8t (°C) 32
2.1.5 Ambient temperature
Medium temperature around the container location.
Note 1. The container is usually ambient atmospheric temperature.
Note 2. The extreme temperature environment (extremetemperature) refers to the minimum over the years (maximum) atmospheric temperature.
2.1.6 Monthly mean minimum temperature
Minimum temperature value for each day of the month after the month divided by the sum of the number of days.
