Scope

GB/T 26552-2011 is the English-translated version of 畜牧机械粗饲料压块机.

GB/T 26552-2011 covers the fodder briquetting machine used in livestock husbandry, setting the model types and basic parameters, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the requirements for marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Clause 1 states that it applies to horizontal and vertical ring die roughage briquetting machines, referred to in the text simply as briquetting machines, and that it does not apply to horizontal or vertical ring die biomass briquetting machines.

Clause 3 gives the models and basic parameters, building the model designation from the livestock equipment code, the letters YK for a briquetting machine, the letter W or L for a horizontal or vertical layout and the main parameter, so that a horizontal fodder briquetting machine with a host power of 22 kW is designated 9YKW-22.

The same clause sets the main parameter as the host supporting power in kilowatts and lists the series of ring die inner diameters as 300, 360, 400, 450, 500, 560, 600, 800 and 1000 mm.

The standard quotes the preferred numbers of GB/T 321, the sampling plans for acceptance inspection by AQL of GB/T 2828.1, the enveloping surface method for determining sound power of noise sources in GB/T 3768, the electrical safety requirements of GB 5226.1, the test methods for agricultural machinery production of GB/T 5667, the general safety requirements of GB 10395.1, the safety signs and hazard pictorials for agricultural and forestry machinery of GB 10396, and GB/T 13306 on signs.

The standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation, is administered by the national agricultural machinery standardization technical committee, SAC/TC201, and was drafted by the Hohhot branch of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. It was issued on 16 June 2011 and has applied since 1 January 2012.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules roughage briquetting machine, marking, packaging, transportation and Storage.

This standard applies to horizontal (vertical) style ring mold roughage briquetting machine (hereinafter referred to as "briquetting machine").

This standard does not apply to horizontal (vertical) style ring mold biomass briquetting machine.
