Scope

GB/T 26518-2023 is the English-translated version of 高分子增强复合防水片材.

GB/T 26518-2023 is the Chinese standard for the polymer reinforced composite waterproof sheet. It specifies the specifications, the dimensions and the technical requirements, describes the test methods, sets the inspection rules and the content of the marking, packaging, transport and storage, and gives a product classification and marking.

It applies to sheets whose core layer is polyethylene resin or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with antioxidants and dispersants, extruded and calendered with woven or non-woven fabric hot-laminated on both faces, used to waterproof roofs, interiors, walls, hydraulic and water conservancy works, underground structures and planted roofs.

Requirements for joint peel strength, joint impermeability, mould corrosion resistance, ash content and the total benzene, toluene and xylene content of the matching adhesive are new in this edition.

It replaces GB/T 26518-2011, was issued on 7 September 2023 and has applied since 1 April 2024.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26518-2011 "Polymer Reinforced Composite Waterproof Sheet". Compared with GB/T 26518-2011, except for the structure In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Changed the minimum thickness of the sheet (see 5.1 Table 1, 4.1.1 Table 1 of the 2011 version);

---Changed the requirements for impermeability and composite strength (see 5.3.1 Table 2, 4.3.1 Table 2 of the 2011 version);

---Added requirements and test methods for joint peel strength, joint water impermeability, mold corrosion resistance, and ash content (see 5.3.1 Table 2 and 6.3.1);

---Changed the impermeability pressure index and test method (see 5.3.4 Table 4 and 6.3.3.3, 2011 version of 4.3.3 Table 4 and 5.5.3);

--- Added limit value requirements and test methods for the total content of hazardous substances benzene, toluene and xylene in supporting binders (see 5.3.4 Table 4 and 6.3.3.6, 6.3.3.7).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the specifications, dimensions and technical requirements of polymer-reinforced composite waterproof sheets (hereinafter referred to as sheets), and describes the corresponding tests. Methods, stipulates inspection rules and contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and also provides product classification and technical regulations to facilitate technical regulations. mark.

This document is applicable to polyethylene resin or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as the core layer material, adding antioxidants, dispersants and other additives. Made of extruded, calendered, double-sided hot-applied composite woven or non-woven fabrics, used for roofs, interiors, walls, hydraulic and water conservancy facilities, underground and other buildings and Waterproofing, moisture-proofing of structures, and manufacturing and testing of waterproofing sheets for various greening and planting roofs.
