1 Scope

GB/T 26303.3-2010 is the Chinese national standard on measuring methods for dimensions and shapes of wrought copper and copper alloys - part 3: sheets and strips, in the field of metallurgy. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. 2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this section.

2.1 Thickness thickness On board strip, vertical distance between the two parallel planes.

2.2 Width width A side plate and strip to the vertical distance corresponding thereto between the other side.

2.3 Length length Plate longitudinal end to the other end of the vertical distance.

2.4 Flatness flatness The maximum vertical distance between the plate and the flat plane.
