Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted: This document replaces GB/T 26301-2010 "Zinc and white copper tape for shielding": Compared with GB/T 26301-2010, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the alloy state representation (see 4:1, 3:1:1 of the:2010 edition);

b) Added the alloy code representation (see 4:1);

c) Added BZn18-17, BZn12-24 and BZn12-29 grades and related regulations (see 4:1);

d) Changed the thickness and width range of the strip foil, the thickness range was changed from "0:10mm~0:80mm" to "0:08mm~ 0:80mm", the width range is changed from "9mm~400mm" to "9mm~600mm" (see 4:1,:2010 edition of 3:1:1);

e) Deleted Table 2 in GB/T 26301-2010: The chemical composition of BZn18-10 in the table is as specified in GB/T 5231 (see 5:1, 3:2 of the:2010 edition);

f) Changed the regulations on the side curvature of the foil, when the thickness is greater than 0:50mm, the requirements are changed from "<=6mm, <=5mm, <=4mm, <=3mm" is changed to "<=5mm, <=4mm, <=3mm, <=2mm" (see 5:2:3, 3:3:3 of the:2010 edition);

g) Add the provisions of the technical requirements for solderability, test methods and inspection rules (see 5:6, 6:6, 7:4);

h) Added the stipulation that the chemical composition analysis method of the tape foil is carried out according to the provisions of YS/T 482 or YS/T 483 (see 6:1);

i) The tensile test method has been changed from "GB/T 228" to "GB/T 34505-2017", and the tensile test specimen number is Changes to the provisions of GB/T 34505-2017 (see 6:3, 4:3:1 of the:2010 edition);

1 Scope

GB/T 26301-2021 is the Chinese national standard on copper-nickel-zinc alloy strips and foils for shield, in the field of metallurgy. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 31 December 2021 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 July 2022.
