Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 25728-2010 "Grain and Oil Machinery Pneumatic Mill". Compared with GB/T 25728-2010, except for the structural adjustment, In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Added basic requirements for the functional safety of mechanical and electrical equipment, pneumatic systems and their components and systems (see 6.1.8, 6.1.9, 6.1.10);

— Changed the mechanical performance requirements (see 6.2.3, 6.2.4, 6.2.7, 6.2.8, 6.2.9, 6.2.10, 6.2.4, 6.2.5, 6.2.6...7, 6.2.8, 6.2.9, 6.2.10, 6.2.4, 6 6.2.8, 6.2.9, 6.2.10, 6.2.11);

— Increased mechanical performance requirements (see 6.2.11, 6.2.12);

— Added control system requirements (see 6.3);

— Added safety requirements (see 6.4.5, 6.4.6, 6.4.7).

1 Scope

This document specifies the working principle, model parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the air pressure mill.

The corresponding test methods are described.

This document applies to roller pneumatic mills with pneumatic clutch for crushing and grinding grains.
