Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 25679-2010 "Printing machinery roll-type flexographic printing machine", and GB/T 25679-2010 In comparison, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope of application of the document has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2010 edition);

b) Added "equipment type" (see 4.1);

c) Changed the "structural composition" (see 4.2, 4.1 of the 2010 edition);

d) Changed the "basic parameters" (see 4.3, 4.2 of the 2010 edition);

e) Changed the requirements for "dry running performance" (see 5.1, 5.1 of the 2010 edition);

f) Changed the requirements of "printing performance" (see 5.2, 5.4 of the 2010 edition);

g) Added the requirement of "drying (curing) performance" (see 5.3);

h) Added the requirement of "on-line post-press processing performance" (see 5.5);

i) Changed the requirements for "safety protection" (see 5.6, 5.10 of the 2010 edition);

j) Changed the requirements of "electrical quality" (see 5.7, 5.11 of the 2010 edition);

k) The test conditions and test materials have been changed (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.1 of the 2010 edition);

l) The requirements for "measuring instruments" have been added (see 6.3);

m) Changed the "dry running performance test" (see 6.4, 6.1 of the 2010 edition);

n) Changed the "printing performance test" (see 6.5, 6.3 of the 2010 edition);

o) Added "in-line post-press processing performance test" (see 6.8);

p) Changed the "inspection rules" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2010 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the equipment type, structural composition and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to the design, manufacture and use of unit-type flexographic printing machines (hereinafter referred to as "flexo printing machines").
