Scope

GB/T 25640-2010 is the English-translated version of 道路施工与养护机械设备 沥青混凝土路面摊铺作业机群智能化 信息交换.

GB/T 25640-2010 defines how the machines working together on an asphalt concrete paving job exchange information.

Clause 1 states that it specifies the data elements required for information exchange among the fleet equipment involved in asphalt concrete pavement paving, including the asphalt mixing station, loaders, Tippers, transport machines, pavers and rollers, together with the content and format required of the data interface output file, and that it applies to the intelligent design, development, management and procurement of such fleet equipment; no exclusion is stated.

The contents list Scope, Normative references, Data Element and a clause on the text output file for asphalt pavement paving fleet information exchange, plus an Appendix A on the text file output format which the contents mark informative, while the foreword instead calls Appendix A a data appendix.

Appendix A is broken down into a format description file (GSSM.TXT), cluster identification information (JQBS.TXT) and one output file each for the loader (ZZJ.TXT), the paver (TPJ.TXT), the roller (YLJ.TXT), the mixing station (BHZ.TXT), the Tipper (ZXC.TXT) and the transport machine (ZYJ.TXT).

Clause 3 fixes how each data element is written up: an identifier made of three sets of numbers, the Chinese name of the element and of its unit, a description of its meaning, a representation of value type and length following GB/T 18142 and coded C, Cn, C..n, I..n or Dw.d, and a note.

The draft breaks off at 3.2, where the breakdown of the data elements is given in Table 1. Clause 2 cites GB/T 1988, GB 13000.1 and GB/T 18142. It was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation and administered by the national construction machinery and construction equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC328). It was issued on 2010-12-01 and has applied since 2011-03-01.

3 Data Element

3.1 Specification describes data elements

It describes the format of the data elements as follows.

Identifier a) data element uniquely identifies the individual data elements, using three sets of numbers;

The name of the data element unit of Chinese names and data elements b) data elements;

Description c) the data element to describe the meaning of data elements;

It represents d) data elements for the representation of the type of data element values and lengths, according to the provisions of GB/T 18142, and identified as follows.

--- C represent numbers, letters, characters and other characters and the like;

--- Cn represents an n-bit fixed-length character;

--- C..n indicates that up to n-bit variable-length character;

--- I..n represents up to n-bit integer computable form;

--- Dw.d decimal represent computable form, w represents contains characters before and after the decimal place, including the entire field Maximum number of characters digits, d represents the maximum character digits after the decimal point;

Note e) the data element is associated with the data element description.
