Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 25339-2010 "Railway Track Laying Machine". Compared with GB/T 25339-2010, the main differences are in structural adjustments and compilation. Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The ambient wind speed has been changed (see 4.3,

3.3 in the.2010 version);

b) The material requirements for the upper metal structural components of the flatcar used by the track laying machine have been changed (see 5.1.5,

5.2.1 in the.2010 version);

c) The requirements for welding the metal structure of the track-laying machine have been changed (see 5.1.6,

5.4 in the.2010 version);

d) The requirement for the maximum cross-sectional profile dimension of the track-laying machine when it is traveling on its own wheels has been increased (see 5.2.2);

e) The requirements for the axle load of the track-laying machine have been changed (see 5.2.3,

4.6 of the.2010 version);

f) The requirement for the braking distance of the track-laying machine during the descent of the track panel has been increased (see 5.2.10);

g) The static strength requirements for the track-laying machine vehicle have been changed (see 5.2.13,

5.5.1 in the.2010 version);

1 Scope

GB/T 25339-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the machine that lays assembled track panels ahead of itself, running on the track it has just laid - its lifting and positioning accuracy, its travel on temporary track, and the safety of a machine working at the end of an open line. It replaces GB/T 25339-2010, with the girder erecting machine standard GB/T 25335-2025. It was issued on 2 December 2025 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, replacing GB/T 25339-2010. The document is under the responsibility of the National Railway Administration. This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of large-scale railway construction machinery, specifically track laying machines. The corresponding experimental methods. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and testing of newly built 1435mm standard gauge railway track laying machines (hereinafter referred to as "track laying machines").
