Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 25337-2010 "General technical conditions for railway large-scale line machinery", compared with GB/T 25337-2010, The main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.

--- Removed vendor and user terms and definitions (see.2010, 3.1, 3.2);

--- Revised relative humidity (see 4.1.2, 2010 version 4.1.2);

---Modified ambient temperature (see 4.1.3, 2010 version 4.1.3);

--- Removed the sleeper type (see 4.2.4 of the 2010 edition);

--- Removed the requirement that the interior equipment bears the longitudinal acceleration shock of the whole vehicle (see 4.3.8 of the 2010 edition);

--- Removed continuous operation time and normal continuous working time requirements in the tunnel (see 4.3.17 of 2010 edition);

--- Deleted the job status lower bound requirement (see 4.3.2 of the 2010 edition);

---Modified the requirements for braking distance of large road maintenance machinery (see 5.23, 4.3.14 of 2010 edition);

--- Increased test requirements for gearbox benches (see 6.1.7);

--- Increased the static strength requirements of the steering frame (see 6.2.2.1);

--- Increased axle test requirements for axle gearboxes and wheelsets (see 6.2.4.3);

---Modified the requirements for parking brakes (see 6.2.6, 6.2.6 of the 2010 edition);

--- Revised the static strength requirements of the frame, clarified that the static strength of the frame should meet the relevant requirements of TB/T 1335, and increased the vertical Tensile force (see 6.7.1, 6.7.1 of the 2010 edition);

--- Revised the requirements for the high beam illumination distance of the headlamps (see 6.10.3, 6.10.3 for the 2010 edition);

--- Removed the newly designed large-scale line machinery should be installed with the requirements of the self-rescue device (see 6.11.6 of the 2010 edition);

--- Removed the requirements for specific types of large-scale road maintenance machinery products (see Chapter 7 of the 2010 edition);

--- Increased special requirements for high-altitude large-scale road maintenance machinery (see Chapter 7);

--- Removed the warranty period requirements (see Chapter 10 of the 2010 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of railway large-scale road maintenance machinery, the conditions of use, the requirements of the whole vehicle and each system (component), and the high altitude.

Special requirements for road maintenance machinery, inspection and testing, marking, packaging and transportation of vehicles.

This standard applies to railway large-scale road maintenance machinery used on 1435mm gauge. Non-standard gauge railway large-scale road maintenance machinery Refer to the implementation.
