Scope

GB/T 25217.7-2019 is the English-translated version of 冲击地压测定、监测与防治方法 第7部分:采动应力监测方法.

GB/T 25217.7-2019 is the Chinese national method for monitoring mining-induced stress in coal mines subject to rock burst. It covers the terms and definitions, the monitoring schemes and the way the degree of rock burst danger is determined, and it applies to the monitoring of mining stress.

It defines mining-induced stress, the stress sensor, the monitoring point and its depth, the monitoring group and the rate of stress change.

It also states the main functions and technical parameters expected of a mining stress monitoring system, starting with online monitoring of coal and rock stress whose data are uploaded automatically to a surface server and stored as a time series.

It cites GB/T 7665-2005 and GB/T 16414-2008. Part 7 of GB/T 25217, it was issued on 30 August 2019 and has applied since 1 March 2020.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 7665-2005 and GB/T 16414-2008 apply to this document.

3.1 Mining-induced stress

The mining project affects the stress in the rock mass. [GB/T 16414-2008, definition 2.27]

3.2 Stress sensor

A sensor capable of measuring the stress of coal rock, usually composed of a stress sensitive component and a conversion component.

3.3 Monitoring point

The location where the sensitive components of the stress sensor are buried in the coal and rock mass.

3.4 Monitoring point depth

The vertical distance between the buried position of the sensitive component of the stress sensor and the surface of the alley.

3.5 Monitoring group

A collection of several monitoring points that are close in distance.

3.6 Stress change rate

The amount of change in stress at the monitoring point per unit time.

4 Mining stress monitoring program

4.1 Main functions and technical parameters of mining stress monitoring system

4.1.1 The stress of coal and rock can be monitored online, and the stress data is automatically uploaded to the ground server and stored in time series.
