1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and signs of garnet structure aluminate phosphors for white light LEDs. Packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate.

This standard is applicable to the garnet structure aluminate rare earth fluorescence prepared by high temperature solid phase reaction, coprecipitation method or combustion method and other liquid phase methods.

The phosphor emits yellow light, yellow-green light or green light when excited by a light source with a wavelength of 415nm~470nm. Light forms white light, which is mainly used to prepare white LED light-emitting devices excited by blue LED chips.

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5838.1 apply to this document.

3.1 Standard phosphor

Phosphors that are manufactured according to specified specifications and certain requirements, given fixed values of performance indicators, and used to measure relative brightness of products.

3.2 Relative brightness

Br

Under the specified excitation conditions, the ratio of the brightness of the phosphor sample to the corresponding standard phosphor.

3.3 Chromaticity coordinates

A set of parameters used to characterize the luminous color of the phosphor after being excited is calculated according to the CIE1931 standard chromaticity observer rule.

3.4 Excitation peak wavelength

lambdaex

The wavelength corresponding to the peak with the highest luminous intensity in the excitation spectrum.

Note: The unit of excitation peak wavelength is nm.
