Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 24626-2009 "Explosion-resistant Equipment". Compared with GB/T 24626-2009, the main differences are structural adjustments and editorial changes. Aside from the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows:
---A design procedure for explosion-resistant pressure shock equipment has been added (see 6.2);
---Requirements for materials resistant to explosive pressure shock have been added (see 6.3);
---The requirements for explosion-proof design have been changed (see 6.4.2,
6.2 in the.2009 edition);
---Special requirements have been added for bolted connection structures (see 6.4.4);
---Added a design quality test procedure for explosion pressure shock (see 6.5);
---Added design and testing documentation requirements for shock-resistant equipment (see 6.6). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. This document specifies the general requirements for explosion-resistant equipment, the requirements for explosion-resistant pressure equipment, the requirements for explosion-resistant pressure impact equipment, and quality control requirements. Requirements for components and usage information. This document applies to equipment and devices where explosions are considered abnormal load conditions, deflagration may occur, and where explosion resistance is provided by metallic materials. combination. The atmospheric conditions applicable to this document are. pressure range of 80kPa to 110kPa and temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
Note. This document may also be helpful for the design, manufacture, testing, and marking of equipment used in environments outside the scope of the above-mentioned scope, provided that such equipment does not pose a risk to... The corresponding standard requirements. This document does not apply to equipment and equipment combinations that may detonate, equipment designed with explosion-proof enclosures, or offshore facilities.
