Scope
GB/T 24414-2009 is the English-translated version of 银盐（CTP）版.
GB/T 24414-2009 fixes the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and labelling, storage and transport conditions for silver halide diffusion CTP plates.
Clause 1 states that it applies to plates that use an aluminium substrate as support and a silver halide photosensitive layer, and that are exposed with a green laser (532 nm) or a violet laser (405 nm or 410 nm).
Clause 3.1 refers performance to Table 1, which fixes control ranges for the surface roughness parameter Ra (0.40 to 0.70 micrometres, with a deviation within one plate of no more than 0.15 micrometres), for the mass of the oxide layer (2.0 to 4.0 g/m2, deviation no more than 0.25 g/m2) and for the coating mass (3.0 to 6.0 g/m2, deviation no more than 0.15 g/m2), together with sensitivity figures for green-laser and violet-laser exposure, a resolution of 175 lpi with complete dot reproduction from 2% to 98%, and a pass rating for inking and hydrophilic performance.
Clause 3.2 requires the plate surface, front and back, to be flat and the coating uniform, with no scratches, creases, bubbles, smudges or coating loss detectable with the naked eye.
Clause 3.3 leaves the cut sizes to the user's requirements but fixes a cutting accuracy of plus or minus 1 mm on plate width and length and a difference of no more than 1 mm between the two diagonals, width being the dimension parallel to the axis of the printing cylinder and length the dimension perpendicular to it.
The normative references are GB/T 191 on packaging pictorial marks, GB/T 6388 on transport package shipping marks, GB/T 6544 on corrugated board and GB/T 17155-1997 on offset plate sizes.
The standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and is administered by the national technical committee for photosensitive materials standardization (SAC/TC 102). It was issued on 30 September 2009 and has applied since 1 February 2010.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the silver (CTP) version of the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and labeling, storage and transportation.
This standard applies to aluminum substrate as a support, a silver halide photosensitive layer to green laser (532nm) or violet laser (405nm, 410nm) Silver for the exposure light source (CTP) version.

3 Requirements
3.1 Performance
Product performance should be consistent indicators specified in Table 1.
3.2 Apparent mass
Layout (positive and negative) should be smooth, the coating should be uniform, no scratches, creases, bubbles, smudges, and other coating removal can be found with the naked eye ills.
3.3 Dimensions
3.3.1 cut a variety of specifications based on user requirements.
Version 3.3.2 material width, the length of the cutting precision are ± 1mm, two diagonal length difference <=1mm.
