Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 23851-2009 "road deicing deicing salt," compared with GB/T 23851-2009, in addition to editorial changes The main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased classification (see Chapter 4);

--- Modify the appearance (see 5.1, 2009 version 3.1);

--- Modify the name of the technical indicators, from the "dissolution rate" to "solid dissolution rate" (see 5.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

--- Modify the name of the technical indicators, from "melting ice snow capacity" to "relative snow melting ice capacity" (see 5.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

--- Modify the "carbon steel corrosion rate" target (see 5.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

--- Removed the "concrete corrosion rate" indicators of the project (see 2009 version 3.2);

--- Modify the "road friction attenuation rate" indicator (see 5.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

--- Modify the mercury, cadmium, chromium, lead, arsenic five indicators of the unit (see 5.2, 2009 edition 3.2);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the deicing salt classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, storage.

This standard applies to ordinary roads, bridges, highways, airports, docks, parking and other public facilities, snow and deicing.
