Foreword

GB/T 23809 "Principles and Requirements for the Setup of Emergency Guidance System" is divided into the following parts.

--- Part 1: Inside the building;

--- Part 2: Outside the building;

--- Part 3: Personnel masking works.

This part is part 1 of GB/T 23809.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 23809-2009 "Principles and Requirements for the Setup of Emergency Guidance System". Compared with GB/T 23809-2009 to be changed as follows.

--- Change Safetywayguidancesystems in English name to Emergencyguidancesystems;

--- Deleted the design example of emergency guidance system (see Appendix A of 2009 edition);

--- Increased visibility and recognizability of phosphorescent emergency guidance elements and their size and location (see Appendix C).

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 16069.:2017 "Graphic Symbol Safety Sign Emergency Guidance System" (SWGS) ".

Compared with ISO 16069.:2017, this part has the following structural changes.

--- The natural paragraph under each chapter is set as untitled;

--- Figure 1 is adjusted to Table 1, and the numbers of the remaining tables are extended;

--- The numbering of Figure 2 is adjusted to Figure 1.

The technical differences between this part and ISO 16069.:2017 and the reasons are as follows.

--- With regard to normative quotation documents, this part has been adjusted with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments the situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", with specific adjustments as follows.

Introduction

In order to protect the safety of the public's life and property, the need for standardization of emergency-oriented systems has also emerged. Standardized emergency guidance system Communicating necessary safety information can help the public evacuate dangerous buildings quickly, or help the public quickly to the designated safety in the event of an emergency Gather in the whole district.

Standardized and unified emergency guiding system setting principles can better help the public identify and follow the relevant information transmitted by the emergency guiding system Guidance information for emergency evacuation. In addition, a standardized emergency guidance system helps emergency rescue personnel evacuate dangers in the event of an emergency the crowd in the area.

In order to effectively communicate emergency guidance information across language barriers, the emergency guidance system in this section uses "arrows" and other national standards Quasi-safe signs and marks.

This section does not cover emergency evacuation lighting. In some occasions, emergency evacuation lighting is not required, but in situations where emergency evacuation lighting does not work (Such as when the smoke is diffuse), the emergency guidance system will more effectively assist emergency evacuation. However, usually the emergency guidance system and the evacuation route it is used in combination with the Ming to enable the entire emergency guidance system to play a better role.

The purpose of this part is to regulate the design of various elements (including electric light source elements and phosphorescent elements) used in the emergency guidance system.

Using consistent elements to design can strengthen the public's awareness of the emergency guidance system and help the public quickly and effectively when an emergency occurs Identify emergency guidance information.

This section does not cover risk assessment. It is usually necessary to adopt different types and layouts of emergency guidance systems for different risk situations. should the specific practice and final design of the emergency guidance system should be undertaken by professionals.

Principles and requirements for setting up emergency guidance systems Part 1: Inside the building Important note. The colors presented in the electronic files of this part of GB/T 23809 cannot be viewed on the screen or used as actual colors print. Although the use of colors in this section meets the requirements (within the allowable deviation according to visual inspection), it cannot be used for color matching. related for color requirements, please refer to GB/T 2893.4-2013, which gives the color sequence system while giving the chromaticity and photometric properties the traditional color reference value.
