Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 2284-1993 "coking toluene."

This standard compared with GB/T 2284-1993, the main changes are as follows.

--- The standard layout change, such as preamble, header, normative references, etc;

--- Modify the scope, increasing the content of the hydrogenation process;

--- Revised technical requirements, an increase of hydrocarbon impurities and total sulfur and other technical indicators, the abolition of the neutral test indicators;

--- Increasing the numerical rounding rules content;

--- Increased content danger signs and safety precautions.

The standard proposed by China Iron and Steel Association.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules coking toluene, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality and safety certificate Full precautions.

This standard applies to recovered from COG crude benzene hydrogenation or by pickling, distillation resulting coking toluene.

3 Technical requirements
