Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 22374-2008 "floor coating materials".

Compared with GB/T 22374-2008, the main technical changes of this standard except for editorial changes are as follows.

---Modified terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2008 edition);

--- Revised product classification (see 4.1, 2008 version 4.1);

--- Added "glycol ether and ether ester sum, phthalate sum, free 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (MDA), total wave Project for the release of organic organic compounds (TVOC) and formaldehyde emission (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Add "stretch bond strength" item to the primer and delete the "adhesion" item (see Table 2, Table 3 of the 2008 version);

--- Increased the technical requirements for the coating of floor coating materials (see Table 3);

---In the basic performance of topcoat, increase the "stretch bond strength" for water-based and solvent-based floors; increase the "artificial resistance" for outdoor flooring "Aging" project; adding "initial fluidity" project to self-leveling floor; deleting "adhesion" project (see Table 4, 2008 edition) Table 4);

--- Increased technical requirements for topcoating of polymer cement composite floor coating materials (see Table 5);

---Adding special properties to the "elastic", "coating resistance to temperature change", "scratch resistance" and "heat resistant tire indentation" project, delete "flow" Degree" "stretch bond strength" "resistance to artificial weathering" (see Table 6, Table 5 of the 2008 edition);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and transportation of floor coating materials. Loss and storage.
