Scope

GB/T 21969-2021 is the English-translated version of YGP系列辊道用变频调速三相异步电动机 技术条件.

GB/T 21969-2021 is the Chinese technical specification for the YGP series of variable frequency three-phase induction motors used to drive roller tables in rolling mills.

It gives the types, the basic parameters and dimensions, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marks, packaging and the warranty period.

It applies to the variable frequency roller table motors of frame sizes 112 to 400. Motor makers, steelworks and the engineers who specify a drive use it. It replaces GB/T 21969-2008, was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 1 May 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 21969-2008 "Technical Conditions for Variable-frequency Speed-regulating Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for YGP Series Rollers", and Compared with GB/T 21969-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Added the motor model and example description (see 4.1);

---Increase the protection level IP56 (see 4.2);

---Increase the reference frequency of the motor 30Hz (see 4.5), increase the number of poles of the motor 10 poles and 12 poles (see 4.7), and increase 6 poles~ 12-pole motor (30Hz) data (see 4.9, Table 3), the test method of reference frequency 30Hz motor has been added (see 6.5, 6.6 And 6.8);

--- Deleted "When the motor is used in a continuous working system, its temperature rise is at the rated frequency and voltage, according to the power test of the S1 working system. Nuclear" (see 3.7 of the 2008 edition);

---Added "the tolerance of the moment of inertia of the motor is 10% of the guaranteed value" (see 4.11);

---Changed the constant torque frequency range, from "5~50" to "3~50", changed 1500r/min, 280L1~315M2 motor "Rated torque" data (see Table 2, 6.7.2 and 6.8, Table 2, 6.5.2 and 6.6 of the 2008 edition);

---Change the K basic dimensions and position tolerances of table 4 and table 6 for frame numbers 160S~225M, and change table 5 and table 6 for frame numbers The basic size of S from 112M to 250M has increased its position tolerance (see Table 4 to Table 6, and Table 3 to Table 5 in the 2008 edition);

---Change the limit deviation of the key width (see Table 7, Table 6 of the 2008 edition);

---Added "The deviation of any one phase of the DC resistance of the motor three-phase stator winding in the actual cold state from the three-phase average value should not exceed ±2% of the average value" (see 5.7);

--- Added "The cold insulation resistance value of the stator winding of the motor should not be less than 5Mohm" (see 5.8);

---Added short-time over torque test requirements (see 5.9);

---Added 1s test (see 5.11);

---The regulations on the unevenness of the air gap of the motor have been deleted, and the inspection of the unevenness of the air gap has been cancelled accordingly (see the 2008 edition of the 4.18);

--- The requirements for motor vibration and noise have been changed (see 5.15, 5.16, 4.16 and 4.17 in the 2008 edition);

--- Added "The grounding terminal should not be used for other purposes except for protective grounding" (see 5.17);

---Added the requirements for the direction of rotation of the motor (see 5.19, 6.10);

---Added the motor appearance and assembly quality requirements (see 5.21);

---Added the test of conventional motor items (see 5.22);

--- Express the inspection rules in a table (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);

---Added the test requirements of 355~400 4-pole motors (see 6.5, 6.6 and 6.8);

---Added "cooling method" and "noise limit" items (see 8.2).
